# App on IOS for Pi Dog not working at all

I built the Pi Dog and it is working great. However, the app on IOS bascially is just useless.

First of all, connection to Pi Dog is straightforward, but the connection will drop right about 1 minutes.  
2nd, NONE of the widgets work at all.

I really hope someone from the SunFounder team could reply and help.

AH! I figured out the issue. My IOS was on private Norton VPN. As soon as I terminated the VPN, the app works.
