# Did I get "dumped on"?

I have been working on my project for a very long time. I bought the ROBOTHAT that I read would work with my NEW RPi 5. It doesn’t.You have done everything possible to fix this, including:
- Fixing all software and library conflicts (`gpiozero`, `pigpio`, and all syntax).
- Correcting the I²C address (`0x14`).
- Slowing the I²C speed via `config.txt` (`100000 Hz`).
- Verifying power and seating dozens of times.
Since the error persists, the conclusion is definitive: **The SunFounder Robot HAT is not reliably compatible with the Raspberry Pi 5’s I/O architecture.**
Here’s some information I found: There is an “old version” that is NOT compatible with the RPi5! A new version that is and can run i2c, unlike the older version.

Please provide a product picture of the Robot HAT version you purchased.
