# LCD Issue ... time to time

Hi all,

Time to time I have a pb of LCD display.  
See the attached image.

COuld you help please?

What power supply are you currently using for the case? Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

Yes, it is the official Raspberry power supply.  
All the devices of my Raspberry are official.  
And yes, I have followed the documentation to install Pironman 5 software step by step.

Some history:  
I have bought the Pironman 5 in Feb. 2025 (Amazon).  
The LCD was working fine until a couple of weeks ago: It started to have this behaviour.  
Sometimes, I need to switch off the Pironman twice to have it working as expected.
