# NVME compatibility

Hello, I have a question I am hoping to get answered prior to purchasing a Ironman 5 NVME case kit for the raspberry pi 5. I have a Samsung PM9A1 NVME PCle Gen 3x4 - I did not see this model on the list for compatible or incompatible, will this model work?

We have not verified this model of SSD. Our NVMe PIP is designed according to the official Raspberry Pi HAT+ standard. Therefore, SSDs compatible with the Raspberry Pi HAT+ are generally compatible with our product.
