Hello, I am fairly new to Raspberry Pi’s, so I was wondering if there is any way to get a percent of charge in the battery when it is being used to power the hat and Pi. This may not be possible but I’m not sure. Thank you

We do not have a program to check the battery voltage.
If you would like to assess the battery level, you can refer to the battery level indicator lights on the Robot Hat.

If two LEDs are lit, it indicates that the battery is sufficiently charged.
If one LED is lit, it means that the battery has used up half of its charge.
If both LEDs are off, it indicates that the battery level is low, and please charge the battery.
