# Pironman 5 - Offical Pi 5 Power Supply - Power Fine on Standalone Pi 5 - No Power with Pironman USB HDMI Adapter

Kia ora (hello) team
I assembled my Pironman 5 with my Pi 5 today and have run into an issue.
The unit boots fine when the (_official Pi_) power supply is connected directly to the Pi 5. However, when the power supply is connected via the Pironman USM HDMI Adapter board, the Pi doesn’t boot.
I have disassembled and checked all the connections are firm and that I have followed the instructions, so I feel it could be an issue with the board itself.
Any ideas to try? Images below if they help at all.

If all parts are well plugs and fixed. I think the issue come from the USB HDMI adapter. You’ll need to contact them at [service@sunfounder.com](mailto:service@sunfounder.com) for a replacement part.
