Due to support of the supervised version being deprecated, I recently migrated to full Home Assistant OS. I went back through the same instructions to configure my Pironman and it seems to be mostly working. OLED is working fine, the fan is working fine and follows the RGB style as well as the set temperature. The only issue is the RBG strip never lights up. This was all working when I had it configured with Raspberry Pi OS. Logs don’t show any errors. Tested with an additional power supply as well.

There may be compatibility issues between Home Assistant OS 15.2 and the Pironman component.

We recommend using an earlier version of Home Assistant OS to install the Pironman component and see how it works.

We will conduct testing and validation on Home Assistant OS 15.2 next week.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is currently investigating this issue, but we haven’t found any error logs so far. Additionally, during our testing, the RGB lights remain stuck on white and cannot be controlled or adjusted.

We will need some additional time to resolve this and expect to provide you with an update by next week.

In the meantime, we recommend installing the **Pironman software on a Raspberry Pi Bookworm OS** as a temporary workaround.

We have resolved the issue.

You need to add the following lines at the end of the config.txt file in the Pi Config Wizard component:

core\_freq=500
core\_freq\_min=500

Click save and then reboot the system to resolve the RGB light issue. (See the image.)
