# RGB Fan problem

My one RGB doesn’t work, the LED is no but it doesn’t spinning, only the other one. I set also to performance mode to see if it will spin but nothing, only the LED is on. I use the raspberry pi OS. Also it is not the same. the one says icecube and the other one BOK something like that. Any help? Thanks

We suggest you provide a video of the problem for us to see, so that we can help you analyze and solve the problem.
Please set the RGB fan mode to Always ON to see how the two RGB fans work.

I set it to always on and only the one is spinning.
