Robotic kit for Raspberry Pi

cd ~/
git clone -b v2.0 GitHub - sunfounder/robot-hat: Robot Hat python library --depth 1
cd robot-hat
sudo python3 install.py

This is copied from instruction files but pi returns a syntax error on the ~ I am new to this please help?

Thank you for your reply I manage with the help of a friend to get the code installed and I continue to build the crawler.
