Pidog app get out of range error when try to install

I have installed all the modules, and REinstalled, but when I attempt to run the script ( several times) I get the index error……of course the app does not even recognize the pidog if I try to connect also.

Any one have any thoughts?

The error indicates that the camera module is either not connected or not connected properly. We recommend that you check if the camera is securely connected. Please verify this according to the images we provided.

Once you confirm that everything is connected properly, please run the libcamera-hello test for the camera and send us a screenshot of the printed information.

I recommend that you provide us with an image of the camera wiring so that we can assist you in analyzing and solving the issue.

Additionally, please try replacing the FFC cable with a spare one to see if the camera can be recognized and function properly.

You can also execute the libcamera-hello command to test the camera.

From the pictures you provided, the camera wiring is correct.
We recommend that you execute the libcamera-hello command again to see if the camera can be detected.
If it still cannot be detected, we will send you a new camera module.

Thank you for your quick responses.

Here is what I have when I attempted to executed the libcamera-hello command again.

Reinstalled for the camera. Seems to be working properly now this is what I get with the libcamera-hello command, but still unable to get the app to work. I will follow this with an another and a screenshot of the control script.

After you run the example successfully, go to the browser to access the camera and see if the image can be displayed.
As shown in the figure. Access IP

When I tried the camera alone, it seemed to work okay, and even worked with the face recognition earlier.

From the screenshots you provided, the vilib library is not the latest version. The latest version is 0.3.16. It is best to reinstall the system, reinstall all library codes according to the tutorial steps, and then run the example to see the working results. 5. Install All the Modules(Important) — SunFounder PiDog Kit 1.0 documentation

I tried the copy from the link provided. it seems it is also version Python version 3.11.2 Raspbian version 12 vilib 0.3.15

Did you reinstall the Bookworm system and then reinstall all the library codes? How did you proceed? We recommend providing screenshots of the process to help us analyze and resolve the issue.
