After trying to recalibrate and zeroing the servo P10, the servo now sticks. It is not possible to rotate the servo in any direction even if raspberry pi is shutdown and power has been stopped. Is there any way to unstick the servo or is this servo defective? Where can I order a replacement servo?

Please install the servo arm on the servo and, while powered off, try to rotate the servo to see if it moves.
If it does not rotate, it may be damaged. Please provide us with a video of the issue.
If the servo is indeed not functioning, please contact service@sunfounder.com for a replacement.
I installed the servoarm on the servo, detached the servo from the Hat (to ensure it is powered off) and tried to move the servo. Unfortunately it did not move (see video).
I assume the servo is defect.
