Pironman5 case fans and oled not working

I assembled it carefully step by step double checked my work. Im thinking it might be an issue with the gpio extension board. Any help?

Have you correctly installed our Pironman5 software?
Please follow the official installation guide:
Downloading and Installing the Pironman5 Module

Run the following commands in the terminal:
cd ~
git clone -b max GitHub - sunfounder/pironman5: Code for Raspberry Pi 5 case (Pironman5) --depth 1
cd ~/pironman5
sudo python3 install.py

After the software installation is complete, reboot the system and check whether all functions of the chassis are working properly.
If the issues persist, please provide the following log information (this is important) so we can help you analyze and solve the problem:
cat /var/log/pironman5/pm_auto.oled.log
cat /var/log/pironman5/main.log
