I tried to install Vosk and run into issues like: externally-managed-environment and bla blah…
So I installed it via virtual environment venv but with the old packages stop being recognized like Picarx. Problem after problem. I decided to step back and tried to install Vosk normally with your help.

- Our software does not require the installation of Vosk, so we’re unclear about the context of your reference to it. Could you please record a video demonstrating your setup and the issue?
I know that I don’t have to install Vosk but I want to. I need speech to text model and Vosk in this situation is recommended(lightweight, offline and support polish language). that’s why I plugged USB stick microphone so to make command to my robot and Vosk would transcript them to text and another ai model would analize the text. I know it’s optional but it would make Picar so much better. It’s not problem with vosk but while pip doesn’t support egg packages anymore the customisability decreased. Maybe it’s time to change the installation process of the modules in official manual?
Did you follow our tutorial steps properly to install all the libraries and code before running the example? Does it work as expected?
