Inverted colors with Sunfounder 3.5 touch screen, Pironman5, Ubuntu 25.04

I bought the Pironman5 case including the Sunfounder 3.5 inch touch screen, the screen does work but the colors are always inverted, like black is white etc.

What I tried:

  • Reinstalled the system (Multiple Ubuntu versions)
  • Removed the RGB jumper
  • Disabeld the RGB software
  • Restarted the system
  • Installed the Piroman5 software
  • Installed the driver ( 3.5-inch Touch Screen — SunFounder Pironman 5 documentation )
  • Modified /boot/firmware/usercfg.txt (tft35a, waveshare35a and other TFT-Overlays)

We followed your steps for verification and did not encounter the issue you mentioned.
Verification steps:

We installed Ubuntu 25.04 64-bit with a desktop environment.
Installed the Piroman5 software.
Restarted the system.
Installed the driver.
Aside from installing the Piroman5 software and the 3.5 LCD driver, did you install anything else?
