Please provide a video of the issue for our review, which will help us better assist you in analyzing and resolving the problem.

It is highly likely that your servo motor has not been properly homed to its zero position.
This indicates that before assembly, the steering servo was not correctly zeroed before being secured in place.

When running the calibration example, the servo angle and steering plate are not vertically aligned relative to each other.
Since the servo is already fixed, it cannot adjust beyond its mechanical limits, leading to potential issues.

Please follow these steps to re-home and reassemble the servo:

1.Power on the Robot HAT.

2.Press the Zero button briefly.

3.Connect the servo cable to the PWM pin — the servo will now return to its zero position.

4.Do not unplug the servo yet. First, secure and assemble the servo according to the assembly instructions, then disconnect it after it is fixed in place.

5.Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any additional servos to home and secure them properly.

Thanks for the reply. I will share the video soon..you are advising to reassemble the servo? For that i need additional rivet(2056)…right? Please let me know from where can i get it

You can search for the keyword “R2056 rivet” on Amazon to see if you can find rivets of the same specification.
