I was very excited to receive my Pironman 5 PRO MAX case. That excitement was ruined. I got all the way to part 35 of 37 only to discover that the bag for the M2 nuts is empty! Without those, you cannot mount the camera! The camera is a BIG part of this case, and Sunfounder has failed to ensure that the necessary parts are included!
When will this merry-go-round of issues with Sunfounder products end? I feel it may only end when I stop purchasing from Sunfounder. Between the issues with the PiPower 5, the AI Fusion HAT+, the Pironman 5 and Pironman 5 MAX cases, and the Fusion HAT+ standalone, I cannot help but feel that Sunfounder has a serious QA problem.

We completely understand your frustration, especially after the number of issues you’ve experienced across several of our products. Discovering that the M2 nut bag was empty at the final assembly stage of the Pironman 5 PRO MAX is absolutely not the experience we want you to have.
From your photo, we can confirm that the M2 nuts are missing.
We will arrange an expedited shipment of the replacement M2 nuts as soon as possible, and it should arrive in approximately one-two week. Please contact at service@sunfounder.com to provide your shipping address and the original order number if you have.
We also want you to know that your broader feedback regarding QA, compatibility testing, and overall product consistency has been taken seriously internally. Some of the issues you raised are fair criticisms, and we know we still have areas that need improvement.

There is no need to ship me anything. I needed M2 and M2.5 bolts and nuts to go with my collection of M3-M5 bolts and nuts anyway, so I stocked up.
