Which robot car should I choose?

I am a high school student and I want to learn robot programming. I saw two Raspberry Pi cars on the website? They are Picar-4WD and Pico smart car, which one should I choose?

I have purchased many sunfounder products, including the two you mentioned. My suggestion is, if you own a Raspberry Pi 3/4, you can choose Picar-4WD, if you don’t have a Raspberry Pi 3/4, then you can directly choose Pico car to start your learning . Because the kit comes with a Pico board. This way you don’t have to buy the main control board yourself. If you’re going to buy a Raspberry Pi 3/4, the price right now is so expensive that it’s a bit of a robbery.
