Yes. From the video you provided, the motor assembly direction is correct, the Mecanum wheel slots are normal, and it should be able to connect to the motor. Please try to assemble and connect it again. Can other wheels be installed normally?
It is recommended that you remove the motor, assemble and connect it to the wheel, and provide us with the first-person video of the assembly.

The correct installation method for the motor is with the wiring facing inward.
We recommend using a caliper to measure the dimensions of the motor’s inner and outer shafts to ensure they are consistent, as they should theoretically match.
Also, measure the dimensions of the wheel’s groove.
Have you tried assembling all four wheels? Are the results the same? Can the wires face outward but not inward?
Please ensure the grooves are properly aligned when inserting.

What caliper is trustworthy for you? ( im in UK and want a nice long-standing tool)

Under normal circumstances, the inner and outer shaft dimensions of the motor should be the same. However, since the motor you received allows for installation on the inner side but not on the outer side, we recommend that you provide us with pictures of both the inner and outer shafts, as well as images of the wheel’s groove.

Have a new trouble now
So I finish the assembly and manage to charge it, got all lights on but the underside ones dont go blue and the car never moves with remote or app. On the wifi i dont have “zeus” name but hhave a “ESP …” network but is unable to connect .
Should i try tear this appart and rebuild ( at least the wiring?

Thank you so much for support, on Step 4 of firmware update, i complete all the steps (remove camera and USBs from desktop, the com is still not identified correctly), i select 1 and the command still seems to runs smoothly all the way . Still makes no difference in the car Control.
I still bet thats its my fault rather than having 4 motor broken in same kit.. How can we diagnose the motor? unplug from the board and "zapp " them?

Or the simplest method is to use two Dupont wires to connect the motor to the 5V and GND pins of UNO R3 and power UNO R3. Under normal circumstances, the motor will work immediately.

I think, one issue I didn’t consider before is “arduino com port not showing “ trend that is quite common as i looked. Already tested 2 windows computer.
