I just bought this new GalaxyRVR, assembled it, tried it once, then its connection went dead. Then, I switched to STA mode, it behaved the same way; works once then stayed disconnected after each reboot.
It was the camera!
The camera somehow is upside down and caused the wi-fi to drop. When I turned the whole unit upside down, its wi-fi connection stayed longer but still dropped often!
I think that there is a bug in the code and the mechanical design of the camera holder.
Stay tune, I still trying to resolve this completely.
Please try updating the esp32cam firmware:

Using ap mode you can also try changing the wifi channel:

Hello,
Thank you for your advice.
Again, when attempted to perform the update, the iPhone Wi-Fi setting always came back with Incorrect password for “GalaxyRVR”, which is what I have been trying to overcome.
Would you please advise how to overcome this?
Best regards
You can try in STA wifi mode with your home network.
