Help Me - Compilation error: ‘ledcSetup’ was not declared in this scope please help me

I’m working through the ESP32-38 pin wide. I was building a gyroscope controlled robot car.

Another person had the same error. Someone there replied that it could be done by installing SP32 2.0.14. I tried installing 2.0.14 but it is not downloading.
what do i do ?
please answer me because this is my college project..

Did you encounter any error messages during the Arduino IDE installation? Have you added the ESP32 board repository URL to your Arduino IDE? Please refer to the following installation guide for reference: Arduino-ESP32 Installation Documentation
