I’m new to Raspberry Pi. I purchased the pi 5, the Pironman 5 case. Looks like I install bootloader to SD card, and the OS to the NVMe, and the load Pironman files. Do I just install Pi Hole through ssh after that and it will work fine, or will that overwrite some of the Pironman install? Thanks.
1.After successfully installing the Pironman 5 case, you need to install a compatible system on the SD card, then insert it into the Pironman 5 and power it on. Please refer to :3. Installing the Operating System — SunFounder Pironman 5 documentation
2.Once the system is successfully installed, insert the SD card to boot up. Enter the system terminal to execute commands to download and install the Pironman 5 software:
Set Up on Raspberry Pi/Ubuntu/Kali/Homebridge OS
After the software is installed successfully, reboot the Pironman 5, and the features will be fully operational.
I understand that. After doing all of that, I want to install pi hole. It looks like I ssh into the Pi 5 and run the command to install pi hole. Will this overwrite the Pironman 5 software? Or does the Pironman 5 software and Pi Hole software both simply run as applications on the Pi OS? Thanks.
After installing the Pironman5 software, if you want to install Pi-hole software, we cannot guarantee that the two will conflict, as we haven’t verified this. However, they will not overwrite each other.
If you want both software applications to coexist, you can try to verify this yourself. If any conflicts arise, you can simply remove one of the software applications.
