I have the Pironman5 case assembled and the nvme board in place and connected through the flat cable. I also have edited the /boot/firmware/config.txt to include the dtparam=pciex1 line, saved the file and rebooted the pi5. The nvme drive does not show up in the list when I run the command lsblk in the terminal.
Most of the nvme boards that contain the nvme drive that I have used have an led come on when the board is active. Is that true for the pironman5?
Any other help you can give?

Our Pironman5 NVME PIP has LED indicators.
The STA LED is the Status LED, and the PWR LED is the Power LED.
