Is PiCar-4WD is compatible with Raspberry Pi5? if it is, do you have instructions to follow?

Currently not compatible with pi5, for pi5 compatibility has been in the testing phase, will soon be completed.

Just a fyi, I’ve set it up on a PI5 and it works no problems now.

  1. You’re referring to the PiCar-X, correct? Yes, the PiCar-X is currently compatible with Raspberry Pi 5 (PI5).
  2. However, for the PiCar-4WD model, we haven’t conducted official PI5 adaptation testing. There might be some compatibility issues with this combination.
  3. You’re welcome to test the PiCar-4WD on PI5 yourself to verify if all functions work properly
