Pironman 5 pro max Issue with driving two HDMI ports at 3840x2160

I just received my Pironman 5 Pro Max. I do really like the setup. It was easy.

The issue I noticed that one monitor can be set to 3840x2160 but the second monitor can only be set to 1920x1080. The DSI monitor is set to 800x400.

My Pironman 5 Pro drives two HDMI ports at 3840x2160.

I have tried to swap cables around to see if it follows the cable or not. Cables that can display 3840x2160 on Pironman 5 Pro can not on the Pironman Pro Max. I tried to remove the DSI monitor and it can still only drive 1 monitor at 3840x2160 the second HDMI port is at 1920x1080

So the cables and monitors appear to be good (on the Pironman 5 Pro) and fails on Pironman 5 Pro max.

All of the software has been installed. Everything else works for the most part. (the only other issue is the LEDs on one of the fans).

I plan to write up the LEDs in another thread. I wanted this one for the HDMI ports.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We tested it, and indeed, on the Pironman 5 Pro Max, the HDMI1 port drives a 3840x2160 display, while the HDMI0 port drives a 1920x1080 display. We are currently looking into the cause.

That said, the Pironman 5 Max is indeed capable of driving two 4K displays.
