Rasberry Pi 3B+ - Picar-X camera not found

My new Picar-X is working fine except for the camera. I have a Rasberry Pi 3B+.

Here are my console logs:

I tried to fix the issue by following instructions provided in this forum:

I upgraded the Raspberry Pi system firmware by running the following commands, then tested the camera multiple times:
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

After a successful upgrade, restarted the system and ran rpicam-hello to check if the camera recognized but the Issue persisted.

Also, I had checked the camera cable connected in the correct orientation.

Here is the pictures of FPC cable:

Based on the error you reported, the Raspberry Pi is not detecting the camera module.

After reviewing your wiring, we noticed you are using the wrong FPC cable. The PiCar-X comes with two types of FPC cables to be compatible with Pi 3/4/5. The brown cable you are using is for the Raspberry Pi 5.

Please find the white FFC cable in your kit to replace it. When installing, make sure the blue plastic tab on the FFC cable is facing the black connector on the camera module.

If you are unsure whether it is installed correctly, please take photos of both ends of the FFC connection and send them to us.

Also, please replace the FFC cable while the power is turned off.

Thank you for your cooperation.
