I’m plugging a micro-usb into the PWR IN port for the Rasberry pi zero 2W and it doesn’t appear to be powering in (no green light is showing up). What are the next steps in troubleshooting?
The green LED is an activity light not power. It should flicker when booting and running. Which OS are you using? Is the SD card correctly insertedi or corrupted?
The Pi Zero 2W requires a 5V DC power supply to operate normally, with a recommended current of ≥ 1A, and it must provide stable DC output.
It is advisable to replace the power supply and power cable to see if that improves the situation.
Check if the SD card is functioning properly.
Try powering the Pi Zero 2W without inserting the SD card and see if the indicator light turns on.
