We are doing a robotics project with PiCar-X. However, we are having immense issues with remote desktop connection. I tried with realVNC viewer and it gave me a timeout error. We also tried rdp connection and got timeout error. We have the hostname and everything.
Are the network you configured for the picar-x product and your PC network in the same LAN?
They must be in the same LAN to achieve normal remote connection.
If possible, it is recommended that you provide us with a video of the operation process so that we can help you analyze and solve the problem.
