RGB Light strip not working, rest of Pironman 4 working with Raspberry Pi 4b

So after a lot of learning and unclear instructions online, I got most of the Pironman 4 to work. Not the fault of the company, just information you need to know about linux before starting. For example, to use cd ~, it’s a lie it’s actually cd (forwardslash), you would never guess that in a month… maybe they should use the actual symbols instead of expecting you to know that. Again, not sunfounders fault, its common knowledge.

Anyway, everything is working except my RGB lights. When I type:

sudo pironman -rw on (or off)

It says:

Invalid argument: -rw (this is in red font)

Every other command works perfectly

Please advise

Can’t get the GRB light strip to come on no matter what I do

Completely unrelated to me in any way. I’ve already completed all of those steps. Please read what I wrote. Thank you for your time

Got it to work by
cd ~\pironman
sudo pironman rp 12

It could be 10, 12, or 21. Each one requires a restart to test.

It’s unbelievable, some people may never figure this out. Lucky for me I’m tenacious and don’t sleep well until I solve problems.

This should never be an issue, I’m not sure what the devs were thinking here, but I did so much learning. Lol

Could you please check if:

  • The jumper cap for the RGB pins on the expansion board
  • Was properly connected to pin 10 during factory assembly?
