I am new to all this robot stuff but not so new to servos and radio use. I have just routed the servo wires on PIDog as per the illustrated instructions and it seems there could be a problem with the wires getting cut by the constant leg motion. Is that the case or am I worrying too much.

Please rest assured – the servo wires are designed with sufficient length and slack to accommodate the leg movements during normal operation. If you feel that the wires are too tight in your current routing, you can slightly adjust the routing to give them a bit more freedom of movement.
