Dear all,
I am using 10.1’’ 1280x800HDMI Touchscreen with Raspberry PI4.
The screen is working properly and I see everything, but the touch has stopped working.
Is there some connection I can check? Or is there some settings on Raspi to change to enable touch?
Best regards
Use the 4-pin USB cable to connect the Raspberry Pi’s USB port to the screen.
Make sure the port is connected.
You can replace the USB port connection of the Raspberry Pi to see the touch condition.
It is also recommended that you provide us with a video of the problem so that we can analyze the problem.
Connect the 4-pin USB cable to use the touch function, no need to set up the enable.
