RasPad: need help!

It worked for a day or two. USB ports on the main motherboard no longer function; no touch screen function. Is there a way to factory reset the RasPad motherboard?

Please try to plug and unplug the USB cable internally connecting the Raspberry Pi and the RasPad motherboard, or try to connect it to the USB interface of another Raspberry Pi. You can run the command lsusb on Terminal to take a screenshot to see if the USB device is recognized.

I did as you suggested and then some more of my own ideas e.g. SSH’d into the Pi4 from another comp and tested all kinds of drive and mouse/keyboard port changes. Occasionally lsusb did post the RSPMoBo, but it did, it would not survive a reboot. Now that it presents as an intermittent problem I’d like to test it against a known good or new board. My question is: How do I get a new board?

I got the RasPad for some future projects, now the pad has become my project; ironic.
