Where to buy replacement GPIO bridge hardware for Pironman v2

Hi,

Does anyone know where I could buy the GPIO hardware? I managed to snap the cable lock tab on mine.

I’ve tried the main site, my usual r pi places and even a reverse image search with no matches anywhere.

All help gratefully received
