I have two screens that are having issues.
- LED next to power button is solid blue. Holding button doesn’t change this.
- LED next to power button is Red with an occasional blue blink just below it. This screen when a Pi is connected would boot over and over until it finally completes the boot process.
We recommend that you provide us with a video of the issue to help us analyze and resolve the problem.
We suggest replacing the DC power supply to see the results.
Try replacing the power cable and HDMI cable to check the working status.
Please check the FFC screen cable to ensure it is properly connected. Try unplugging and re-plugging it to see if it works.
