Access denied with PuTTY

I’m trying to connect to the Raspberry Pi. I followed the instruction/documentation from the SunFounder site but I still can’t connect. In the PuTTY window, when asked for the Password, I enter the password define in the Imager without result! Is there something special to do? What is wrong?

  1. The WiFi network configured by the system must be in the same LAN as the PC network to connect normally.
  2. Please confirm whether the correct username and password are entered.
    What error message appears during the connection process?
