Cannot find NVME

Hi there has anyone found out about this issue I have seen this everywhere with lost of people having the same issue but so far nothing worked for me. I am running into the same problem Rasp Pi5 latest bootloader cables perfect. No NVME detected using ADATA Legend 800 (compatible according to compatibility list) Not sure what im doing wrong? Also when I take rhat NVME out and put it in a USB enclosure and turn the Pi on it works. Could the board and/or cable be faulty? Or has anyone ran into this issue and had another fix ? Thank you guys so much for any help in advance

1.Connect the SSD, power on the pironman5, and observe the status LED (STA) and power LED (PWR) indicators.
If the status LED is not blinking, please check if the FPC cable is connected correctly.
Try replacing the FPC cable and see if that helps.
Be sure to watch our assembly video: https://youtu.be/tCKTgAeWIjc
2.If the FPC connections are correct but the power LED is off and the status LED is not blinking normally, please short-circuit the force en (J4) on the SSD adapter and power on the pironman5 to see if it can force recognition of the SSD.
3.Use a multimeter to check if there is a short circuit in the FPC cable.
