Dashboard not connecting/loading

Raspberry Pi OS Lite (latest)
Linux raspberrypi 6.12.47-v8-16k+ #1904 SMP PREEMPT Mon Sep 15 13:13:47 BST 2025 aarch64 GNU/Linux

In browser I tried http://192.168.1.196:34001 but it looks like it can’t establish the connection.

But

nc -zv 192.168.1.196 34001
Connection to 192.168.1.196 port 34001 [tcp/*] succeeded!

When I SSH in RPi and I do

curl localhost:34001
curl 192.168.1.196:34001

All the same just hangs there.

Everything else works…

Have you successfully installed the dedicated Pironman 5 software?

It’s Pironman 5 MAX.

Yes, Pironman software works, fans, mini display…

No errors during installation, it was pretty smooth.
I booted from SD card and then burned the system to the SSD.
NVMe SSD is Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB M.2 2280

I installed latest RPi Lite image (no desktop).

We recommend using the official Raspberry Pi Imager tool to install the latest version of the Bookworm system, rather than using unofficially released versions to install our pironman5 software.

We used the official Raspberry Pi Imager tool to install the latest Bookworm version. Before upgrading, the version was 6.12.25; after upgrading, the version is 6.12.34.

I used oficial RPi Imager tool to flash the drive. I did the update then following this https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/computers/os.html#update-software

Is there some log I can check for Dashboard or for Pironman software in general? I don’t see any errors in systemctl service log.

It is recommended that after reinstalling the system, please follow our tutorial steps to operate, without updating according to the official instructions.

After the Pironman5 software is successfully installed, restart the system. Then check if all functions of the case are working properly. Is the dashboard accessible?
