Need assistance with removal of Cooler on Pironman5 (answered in text)

Hi - I am in the middle of assembling my Pironman5 and I seated the cooler with the spring tabs but discovered it had pushed up one of the thermal pads. How do I remove the cooler so I can reseat the pad? Edit: I solved this problem. I had to unscrew the board from the case and then gently use a pair of needle nosed pliers to squeeze the plastic tab and pop them back through the board. I was then able to re-seat the thermal pads.

Correct.
To remove the heatsink, you need to compress the spring-loaded plastic screws to release them from the circuit board.
