One of the RGB fan is not working

Hi,
One of the two RGB fans does not rotate. The LEDs work fine but the fan does not rotate at any setting. The cable looks fine and the it is plugged in correctly. So it is a dead fan. Is there a replacement I can buy on Amazon? or send me a new one pls. Order#1000010556
