Pironman 5 RGB Fans not getting detected

Hi everyone,
I was able to finally set up Pironman5, but my RGB Fans are not getting detected on the Dashboard, Even though I can see the RGB lights working. I tried to raise temperature to 60’c, but still the RGB Fans did not turn on. I have also tampered with the RGB fan speed levels but event at 0 they do not turn on.

  1. What system are you currently using and what is the system version?
What is the version of the pironman5 software you currently installed?
    The latest version is:
    PM_Auto version: 1.2.2
    PM_Dashboard version: 1.2.5
    Pironman5 version: 1.2.4
It is recommended that you provide us with the main log information for our confirmation. (As shown in the picture)
  2. Your RGB fan, the LED light is on, but the fan does not work?
It is recommended to provide us with a problem video.
You connect the RGB fan directly to the GPIO 5V GND pin of PI5 to see if it can work properly.

I have added screenshots, but unable to add video as new user

It is recommended to provide us with the problem video so that we can help you analyze and solve the problem.

Hi Team,
I’ve added all required data here. I connected Fans to GPIO pins 5v and GND but they did not start, neither did the LED. I also connected Fan directly to GPIO of raspberry pi but the Fan did not start, even though the LED did work. All evidence in link

From the pictures and videos you provided, it seems that you installed the RGB fan upside down, causing the fan blades to contact the metal casing and filter, preventing the fan blades from rotating.
If you remove the RGB fan and reassemble it in a different direction, it will definitely work properly.
Please watch our assembly video.
