To help us better analyze and resolve the issue, could you please provide a short video showing the problem?
We also recommend that you carefully review our assembly video to confirm that all steps were followed correctly and that all connections between modules are secure. Pay special attention to the cable connections and their orientation, as an incorrect installation can cause a short circuit and prevent the Raspberry Pi 5 from booting properly.
Additionally, please refer to our FAQ guide for systematic troubleshooting:
This issue can sometimes be caused by a system update, changed boot order, or a corrupted bootloader. You can try the following steps:
Check the USB-C to HDMI Adapter Connection:
Ensure the adapter is firmly connected to the Pi 5.
Try unplugging and reconnecting the adapter, then reconnect the power to see if the Pi 5 boots successfully.
Test the Pi 5 Outside the Case:
If reconnecting the adapter doesn’t work, remove the Pi 5 from the Pironman 5 case.
Power the Pi 5 directly with the power adapter (without the case) and check if it boots normally.
Recover the Bootloader:
If the Pi 5 still doesn’t boot, the bootloader might be corrupted.
Please follow the guide to update the bootloader and select the boot device (SD card or NVMe/USB).
Insert a prepared SD card, power on the Pi 5, and wait at least 10 seconds for the recovery to complete.
After recovery, remove and reformat the SD card.
Use Raspberry Pi Imager to flash the latest Raspberry Pi OS onto the card, reinsert it, and try booting again.
We look forward to receiving the video and the results of your troubleshooting.
