Cannot connect sunfounder controller to picarx

I assembled the PICAR-X and it works when connected to my PC
When the Picar is first connected to my PC, I get
“You are now connected to “SHAW2557” IP 10.0.0.110”
I then disconnect the Picar from my PC.
However, when I try to connect the app Sunfounder Controller to the Picar, I get “Connection failed”.
On the controller, I press “SCAN”, no results.
I press “Manual”, and enter the device IP, and press “Connect”, I get “Connection failed”

What am I doing wrong, and what am I missing?

Note: The WiFi that your mobile cellular device and picar-x are connected to should be in the same LAN for the connection to work properly.
If there is no automatic search, you can also manually enter the IP to connect.
If possible, we suggest you provide us with a video of the operation process, so that we can help you analyze and solve the problem.
