Expansion board with jumpers doesn't let PironMan to start

Could you please tell me which jumpers need to be removed from the GPIO expansion board to run Pironman Max 5 on a Raspberry Pi 5? When the GPIO expansion board is disconnected, the computer starts and operates normally. When the expansion board is installed with the jumpers installed out of the box, the red LED on the Raspberry Pi 5 lights up, and the board and Pironman does not start.

Based on your description, it seems the IO Expander is short-circuited. This is unrelated to the jumper caps on the board; the jumper caps only determine whether certain functions are unavailable. We will send you a replacement. Please contact service@sunfounder.com to provide your original order number and detailed address.Meanwhile, please check the board for any solder bridges (points that should not be connected but have been accidentally soldered together) or any burnt components.
