OK so my SSD won’t connect. Looking at the board. I know this isn’t the best photo because I’m zooming in with my cell phone but the connections aren’t soldered. Anyone else get a board like this?
You cannot recognize the SSD?
- Please ask your SSD is SATA protocol or NVME protocol, pironman only supports SATA protocol.
- Please re-plug the USB bridge board to see if it works.
- Please use the following steps to troubleshoot the problem, let us know the result, and preferably provide us with photos or other information so that we can locate the problem:
a. Use a typeC cable instead of the USB bridge board to see if the SSD can be recognized normally.
b. Use the typeC cable instead of the USB bridge board and replace the other USB ports on the Raspberry Pi to see if the SSD can be recognized normally.
c. Use the typeC cable instead of the USB bridge board, pironman motherboard and computer USB connection, see if the computer PC can recognize the SSD
