Pironman LEDs give white flashes

Good evening, I have a problem with the pyronman case.

I have followed the v.2 manual and installed everything following the steps. It turns everything on but in whatever mode I put the RGB it does the animation and then suddenly it changes to white, it is very annoying since it suddenly dazzles.

Then the on/off button I think doesn’t work well, since if I hold it for 10 seconds, which is the only thing it allows me to do, the raspberry doesn’t turn off completely and then I have to remove the switch to be able to turn it on again.

Could you give me more information about the functions of the main button or how it is supposed to work.

Many thanks for everything!

Does anyone know what problem I may be having?

Can you ask me for access again?

  1. What version of the Raspberry Pi system are you currently using. Please let us know so that we can reproduce the problem on your terms.

  2. Are all the shorting tabs on the motherboard connected properly?

  3. Has the Pironman software service been installed correctly according to the tutorial? Are there any errors reported during the installation? (If there is any error message, please provide it to us)

  4. Please provide logs to us, so that we can analyze and solve the problem. (Log path /opt/pironman/log)

  1. My versión Raspi OS 64bits
  2. yes
  3. No one error, all good

What size power adapter are you currently using.
Try replacing it with a 5V 3A power supply, or use the official Raspberry Pi power supply to see how it works.
If you still get the same result (RGB flashing white lights), the pironman motherboard may be faulty.
We will send you a new motherboard.

Sorry for the delay in answering, I didn’t see the repeat of the post.

I used the official raspi, and now the pyronman board doesn’t have power either, also when I turn off the raspi, it stays with the red lights on the board itself and the on/off button never ends up turning off as such. How can I order a replacement?

I have been doing tests for a while and for example if I turn off the raspi then to turn it on it costs a lot, not even leaving the button pressed or just clicking, I have had to connect the power supply to the raspi directly.

It is recommended that you do not use two power supplies at the same time connected separately to the raspberry pi and the pironman motherboard.
You only need to connect the power supply to the pironman motherboard, which will power the Raspberry Pi, provided all your cables are connected.
Your current problem is that the RGB lights are white and restarting the Raspberry Pi does not solve the problem.

  1. It is recommended that you restart the pironman software service by executing the sudo pironman start command to see how the RGB is working.
  2. Are all the short connectors on the motherboard connected?
  3. Please provide logs to us, so that we can analyze and solve the problem. (Log path /opt/pironman/log)
If the above method confirms normal, it may be the motherboard is faulty, we will send you a new pironman motherboard.

Hello, this is the trunk.

My current problem is that the RGB works but every so often it flashes white as you can see in the video.

It is annoying because it is not a constant light but rather gives flashes of light.
I leave the video again:

Also as you can see, if I put a color the board shows different colors, in this case I have put a lilac (DC92EB) and greens and other colors appear on the RGB strip and on the pyronman board

I would also like to know how to modify the RGB of the fan, since it does not make light when it is not activated but when it is activated it is a rainbow of colors and I would like to either put a static light on it or not put light on it directly

We do tests to verify that the software is working fine.
We estimate that we will need to resend you a new pironman motherboard to see if that solves the problem.
We recommend that you do not install other software to use with pironman at the same time to prevent conflicts.
A customer service representative will contact you later via email.
