Pironman 5 (Power?) issues with USB hard drive

Hello, I finished my brand new setup of Pironman 5 and I’ve encountered an issue. So, when I plug 2,5’’ USB drive the disk starts to click like there is insufficient power. I’m using genuine 27W Pi charger. flash drives, keyboards work, but not the drives (tested two).
Everything is updated, I tried with allowing more current to usb, It didn’t work.
What is more, there’s no mention in dmesg about undervoltage as well as sudo vcgencmd pmic_read_adc shows EXT5V_V around 5V.
What is more, sometimes when I touch the metal case, RGB lights and the screen flickers.
Any help would be appreciated.

Update: I pulled it out to test Rpi without Pironman acessories, with default os that came with micro sd card and unfortunately usb ports doesn’t work with hdd drives. It seems that Pironman case somehow damaged my usb ports.

After long debug session, eliminating all possible faults, it turns out that vbus is damaged/degraded. It can charge low power devices, it sees hdd drive but doesn’t provide enough juice to spin up the drive. The best thing is that my Pi was working perfectly fine before Pironman update, it must be something in its setup/hardware that burned my vbus. Shame on you!

I have found this post: Pironman 5 seriously sensitive to static electricity. Any ideas?

Could it be the reason why my vbus was burned? I had identical issue with grounding.
