I have V11 and having issues booting. As of now I have left the extender out. On inspection the dimensions seem off. Visually inspecting the connection on the pi of a microsd card vs the extender you can see the difference as well.
This variance seems to cause pads to not align properly and overlap in the piâs slot.

I am having this same issue with SD extender not working and giving the same error screenshotted so many times by other users. When I remove extender and plug in directly it boots fine. I keep seeing adds for the pironman5 and it sure looks cool in the add. But in real life itâs got this very sad error.

Same issue here. Sunfounder has sent me a V12 but Canada Post has decided to go on strike! ARGHH

I received my V12 last week, it doesnât work though! Exactly the same issue as the V11, really disappointed to say the least.

what is the brand of your SD card? none of my transcend or samsung cards work. my sandisk cards work and that seems to the recommended brand.
I have Lexar and Samsung cards, are they any particular type of SanDisk SD cards that you have that work?
We have successfully reproduced the issue. In our previous tests, we used our own SD cards, which worked without any problems. However, since different users have various types of SD cards, we collected information on the types being used by some of you. After purchasing the same type of SD card, we encountered the same error during our tests.
We are currently working on modifications to address this issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.

We have identified the issue with the SD card expansion board, which is currently incompatible with most high-capacity, high-speed storage cards. We have resolved this issue, and the new version is expected to be ready within the next two weeks.
